Myotherapy is a branch of manual therapy that focuses on the treatment and management of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Myotherapy includes a full assessment of your presenting complaint and addresses the contributing and predisposing factors that led to the development of your condition. After the assessment and treatment your myotherapist will design a specific exercise rehabilitation program to assist your recovery.

Treatment approaches and skill-sets which myotherapists incorporate include manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, myofascial release, joint mobilisation and exercise prescription.
