MYST Therapies offers corporate yoga classes tailored to the needs of your team members. Yoga is a low impact form of exercise that is both relaxing and challenging. All yoga postures can be modified for the office environment, as well as various fitness and skill levels.

Yoga classes

Chair yoga: An effective and gentle practice that focuses on easing stress and muscle tension from work-related tasks. This class will not require a change of clothes or any extra equipment other than an office chair.

Hatha vinyasa yoga: A traditional floor yoga class. Classes will focus on postures that help open and stretch tight areas from work-related tasks. A change of clothes and a yoga mat will be required.
