It’s time to take care of you

MYST Therapies provides the highest quality remedial in-home massages.

Your mobile massage therapist will arrive five minutes prior to your appointment time on the day of your treatment. This will allow your mobile massage therapist to set up and start on time.

For the initial remedial massage booking, we suggest a minimum of 75 minutes as you will have to fill out an initial health form prior to treatment.

From there, you will begin your massage.

You will receive an invoice from us via email on the day of your treatment. Once you have paid, please show your receipt of payment to your therapist on their arrival.

Following payment and treatment, you will be issued with a receipt via email to claim.

We ask you to provide three towels and a pillow. We will provide everything else.

If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate depending on your fund and level of cover. Please contact your health fund to check eligibility.

Yes. However, this does depend on massage therapist availability.

We have 60 minute, 75 minute and 90 minute mobile massage treatments available.

Yes!

We believe regular mobile massages work best. We recommend a fortnightly massage to help keep your muscles relaxed and pain-free.

Yes we do! Please make sure you let us know when you are booking your massage that you require two massage therapists for your appointment. Couples massage can be a husband and wife, girlfriend and boyfriend, life partners, mums and daughters or best friends.

We are open 7 days a week – 8am-8pm.

When booking, please provide detailed parking information. If there is no free parking, the parking fee for the treatment time will be added to the cost.

Cancellations with 24hrs notice incur no penalty.
Please read below for specific cancellation times prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations between 24hrs and 12hrs
50% of the total cost.

Cancellations between 12hrs and 6hrs
75% of the total cost.

Cancellations less than 6hrs
100% of the total cost.

This cancellation policy includes all services. When a cancellation occurs under 24hrs, our mobile massage therapists lose income and need to receive compensation for the time they have set aside for you. Thank you for your understanding.
